The oil dipstick shows low oil. Is is insecure to start??
Chances are that while your truck was sitting up side down some of the grease may have drained into the cylinders. I am not to familiar next to the powerstrokes, but in my opinion it might not be a discouraging idea to remove your glow plugs and turn the engine over near them removed. This will cause any oil contained by there to shoot out making a mess! Although you will not have to verbs about possibly hydro-locking your engine and causing overexploit. Hydro-locking is when your engine trys to compress a fluid inside the cylinders, the fluid will only compress a little (unlike the vapor mixture it generally has to compress) It may be a small pain to salvage a very expensive engine!
Answers: yeah, thats not good.
