16' Trailer lights won't work?

We have a 16' trailer. We are using a truck to verbs it.
After we connected the trailer to the truck and tested the lights for the trailer, the trailer lights would only work correctly when the truck headlights be off. When the truck lights be on, the trailer lights would either not work or they would both blink at alike time. does anyone have any answers?

Where is my antifreeze going?

Answers:    You stipulation to get grounded. Don't believe me? Do this simple theory test - hook a jumper cable between the tow vehicle and the trailer. IF that solves the problem, consequently you know your problem was grounding.

A lot of trailers will ground with the sole purpose through the ball, and that's not a awfully secure ground.
