Drop speed below 65 or go over 70 the smoke clears up. What is causing this?

EDIT: Well it sounds of something vacuum and/or coolant related to me. White smoke is caused by any water turning to steam in the engine, or burning automatic nouns fluid in the engine. Since this is a manual, I hold ruled out the latter. It's possible there may be a coolant leak contained by the intake manifold or cylinder head. That's the best answer I can contribute and I'm not totally satisfied with it any.

Answers: A couple of article to consider. Is it really smoke or could it be steam? Sound like a no brainer but even the best have trouble recounting sometimes. The best way to quickly determine is to stop the vehicle (safely) while the white is billowing and simply examine it. If the cloud continues to flow with the wind for any significant distance it is grease. Steam condensates quickly and disappears.
If it is smoke. Your causes can be frequent but the most common are:
1 - Oil leak, reverse main seal of the engine. Notorious for leak on all Fords. The tie in to the speed gamut it is occurring i could be explained that that is when the car is making most of its power and creating internal engine pressure which is pushing the grease through to the firewall or under the car and onto the exhaust, You shoudl also know how to smell the oil if you quickly and soundly stop the vehicle as well.
Coolant is being boiled out of the system by a brach contained by the water jacket (blow head gasket, helpless gasket) again if your engine is creating the most power in that speed range the hose can be entering the cylinder and get blow out of the exhaust.
I have also experience nouns issues that woulld force tranny fluid out of the case vents. This will bring blown onto the exhaust and make a white fog that would look at home in some horror movie somewhere it is so dense
