I had smoke coming out of my turn signal switch, and presently i have no turn signals, checked beside buick dealer no recals of any open-handed for that, got a modern switch, but don't know how to put it in. it is circle near a bunch of wires on it ! does it go surrounded by the stering wheel? if so how do i seize that of. The deal want 400 to fix, but if i can fix i would fairly do it myself. No air purse at all. Please backing
