Have to depress the accelerator to the floor to get it to restart. Sometimes it hesitate when accelerating from a unresponsive stop. Noticed a little black smoke out the tail pipe when accelerate.
Answers: Could be due to an idle nouns speed control motor... sometimes they get stuck cause the car to stall or buck
Check the CDI (if fuel injected) and the decline speed - probably too low (although this will only be a hurried fix for any number of underlying issues). If it has a carb, it is almost to be sure a float bowl problem. Actually, it could be a problem with the EFI mixture.
