I have replaced the Coil, ignition module, Cap Rotor, Wires and plugs. The coil had a crack and be burned.
I noticed that the check engine Light does not come on when the key is turned and also the mobile light does not come on also.
I tried diagnostic mode on the ECM and I got no response from Check engine insubstantial.
I swapped a EFI relay that matched with a cooling fan relay and nought changed. There is a second EFI relay that is different from the others. I have not be able to swap one in beside the other EFI relay. Its the one thats toward to the firewall for the relay.
I was going to replace the ECM but the salvage yards are closed right in a minute.
I heard the MAIN EFI relay is known to travel out on this car and also the coil but the coil is replaced. Could the Shorted out coil fried the ECM by getting zapped with current escape?
And is the Oddball EFI relay that in the relay box the MAIN EFI relay?
Answers: Check and make sure adjectives cables are clean and connected,create sure all grounds are in proper places. Also get sure battery is fully charged. Simple test are made beside ohm meter.
