Hi. I have a 1995 Jetta. Recently every time I turn my car on the menace lights start blinking for exactly three minuets and stop. If I hit my hazard light button it starts doubling up approaching it is on a separate circuit. When the three minuets is up, if you open any door including the trunk it starts again. Actually, the driver side is the only door you can overt once stopped and it will not start again. Any suggestions?
Answers: Only way they should power up is when the hazard switch is activate, so must be a bad switch or a short in the steering column.
