1998 Chevy Malibu leak coolant.?

My car is leak coolant, but I can't find a reason. There is dripping fluid from my automatic transaxle fluid container. I think it's coolant because it is green and have that watery texture (it doesn't come across too oily and dries fast). Plus the coolant container is constantly running low. I've checked the hoses leading from the coolant cistern, but there doesn't appear to be any cracks. I've had this problem checked out past and was told nearby was no filter and that my engine light be because my fuel sensors were worn out, so I have them replaced. That was a few months ago and the pallid is back on next to the same problem (as far as I can tell). I mistrust taking it back to the shop to be told to fix something else while my motor is drying out! Please help.

Thanks for previous answers that I accidentally delete. I've added more information.

I own a VW Golf W reg...

Answers:    Well Brandi take it to a radiator shop and own it pressure checked. That this does is thy remove your radiator cap and next to a device pump air into your radiator and it will show you where on earth it tis leaking from. .

My vectra is surrounded by shamble home...

If its coming past its sell-by date your transaxle, check the water pump. Perhaps the gasket have deteriorated and its running down the block. As stated earlier you can wipe out the radiator by having it pressure tested to check for leak.
