How much will it cost to have the timing belt surrounded by my 1999 Cadillac Catera changed? The manual call for it to be changed around 100 thousand miles, or so many months. I solely have 63,000 miles on it, but it have passed the months it calls for.
Answers: The labor time is around 3 hours for lately the belt. Our shops labor rate is $70 per hour so with parts,labor,excise and shop/enviromental fees you would be around $300 dollars. You may also need the serpentine belt replaced. Good time to do it, no more labor since it's already bad.
