2000 Chevy Blazer keyless entry?

I've bought a vehicle that had no remotes. I bought one from the dealer and found that it still won't program when using the GM Tech 2. I haven't have any dtc's related to the keyless entry system. I've had the computer flashed recently. <30days. I hold wiring diagrams for the vehicle but I don't know what to test or where on earth to look for the Remote Control Door Lock Receiver. I have the tools to test the electrical componets but don't know how to use it and don't know what reading to look for. If anyone could abet I would appreciate it emmensly. It would make my entire year to get this fixed. Thanks everyone.

Answers: Here is the electrics diagram for keyless entry and location of the receiver. If it does not have keyless entry, i regard you will have to add the reciever and reprogram the BCM
