I have a 2001 nissan Altima that is to say running really rough at idle, almost desires to die, feels similar to a bad miss fire but engine is sound off be idle, I have replace plugs, wires, bonnet and rotor and did an injector service but the problem remains, compression is 120 per cylinder and injectors are pulsing. I have also cleaned the mass nouns flow sensor. Has anyone had this problem or are within any suggestions, any help would be greatly appreciated.
Answers: I have one back surrounded by August that was doing like exact thing. It be the intake gasket. It was a authentic pain surrounded by the butt to change and I wasn't sure surrounded by the diagnosis until I saw the gasket. Runs great now.
