Answers:    Yes they will physically fit just fine - done this upgrade several times surrounded by my career. But near is a caveat.

Your stock tires are not sized "265/70/16". The correct way to represent that size is "P265/70R16 111S" and yes, adjectives of that important.

A tire is the size you want to walk to is sized "LT285/75R16 122/119R" or 122/119Q in a Load Range D or 126/123R contained by a Load Range E. This Light Truck Metric tire is a very different animal than the Standard Load Passenger Metric tires your truck be designed for. To use the bigger tire you will need to increase your tire inflation pressures by 10 psi from 35 to 45 psi. Combined next to the extra plies in the tire this is going to turn the ride point to crap, and you won't gain anything else with this conversion any other than slightly fuller controls wells.

Mark VIII roast not right.?

they will fit but you entail to turn up the torsion bars rather bit
also get an align after turning bar up. they will rub a little bit
at a really tight turns on inner rubber fenders
