Our check engine light comes on intermittently (meaning, it variety of comes and goes, though it is present more normally than not). When we went to Auto Zone, the code come up as P0300, a cylinder misfire. How likely is it that it desires new spark plugs? Does the intermittent-ness of the lighting coming on mean anything? A while beforehand, I had to drive the vehicle when it was massively low on gas. I heard that could own set the light bad; if that's the case, what would I own to do to correct it?

Answers: Fill the car beside a top quality gas, win a fuel injection cleaning and see if that helps. It help when I had a P0300 surrounded by a Pontiac.
If not, have the spark plugs, coil packs/ignition coil and ignition wires checked and replaced if hoary or broken.
well replace spark plugs and plug wires and replace the crank position sensor and the cam position sensor
