2003 Chevy Impala tranny grill...?

I posted a question similar to this faster, but there own been some unsullied developments. Anyways, I have a '03 Chevy Impala LS 3.8 liter V6 beside 70k miles. Recently, there have been a clunking rumble when I shift from P to R or D to R. Also, there is a clunking hullabaloo if I make a immediate stop. It seems similar to this occurs when the vehicle downshifts from 2nd to 1st. The transmission also seem to just be acting funny, close to shifting more often and a touch bit harder. I called the dealership and they thought it be the tranny mounts, but I have also hear CV axle and transmission go beyond thru connector. Any ideas? And any cost estimates would be great, thankfulness!

2. Why does an engine misfire set in...

Answers:    my wife owns an 04 impala and it used to clunk when you engaged the tranny into d or r, it turned out to be a bushing surrounded by one of the mounts, it let everything move means of access too much, i replaced it and things were much better, you could try have some one pull the saloon into drive with the brake on as you stand to one side near the hood open and see if the motor and tranny appear to move an excessive amount when the tranny is engaged, and if it doesn't this may at tiniest help you pin point where on earth the noise is coming from, moral luck.

Window tinting and paint job?

This is not a game of twenty questions--it is serious business to own and aver a vehicle. When you have a problem this serious sounding, you get to get to the shop so they can do a pious diagnosis and repair--if there is a problem and you save driving, eventually you will be left soaring and dry on the side of the road waiting for a tow truck--even more money wasted.!
