2004 Chevy Impala won't start. No power at adjectives. Maybe BCM?

The other day My impala died while I be driving it. My mechanic replaced the fuel pump. I drove off With it. It died again. My mechanic replaced the fuel pump relay and fuse. The BCM fuse have also blown.
It has not died since. However, It never starts on the first try very soon and when it starts on the second try, it starts really rough. I went out to start it this morning, It tried to turn over but would not start. I tried starting it again. This time it be complete silence. All power was gone except the check engine standard lamp. Absolutly no power at all including locks, map lights EVERYTHING! One individual suggest it may be the BCM or something as simple as a bad in-line fuse within the positive battery cable? What else could it be? Note: The freestyle itself is good, but to be on the not dangerous side, we tried to jump start it. Still, No power to anything at adjectives! Any suggestions would be appreciated. We also tested every single fuse. All we're good!

HELP!Key within the ignition?

Answers:    First capture another mechanic.

Good Luck.

Car engine revs excessively when humid outside?

It is well prearranged that off the shelf fuel pumps are cast-offs. have your mecanic replace the pump near an OEM pump. the power thing is grotesque though has anyone checked the alternator? Would hold to put it on the computher and see waht you have for codes.
