2004 Envoy making unnatural noise (a) 45-55 mph...could it be the nouns?

We just bought it used from a GMC provider in October of this year. The marketer sold it to us as a GM Certified vehicle plus it's still under manufacture's warranty. We've have it serviced once already for this problem, but it's back again. We be told it was a sticking spout. The sound occur when the truck is at about 45-55 mph and it sounds approaching it's getting stuck trying to switch gears. (Kind of like the nouns you hear when you forget to manually shift and your RPM's get too large on a manual transmission). My husband's getting really upset almost it because we've had it smaller number than 2 mos. and it's been within the shop twice now! What could this be? Should we turn it support into the dealer as a "lemon"?

Ford Explorer 2000 nouns fluid and...

Answers:    Hi. I apprehend your problem as I'm having duplicate problem now. I a moment ago bought a GM Certified '04 GMC Envoy and my transmission be starting to act really strange between 50-55mph. With my Envoy it seem as though the transmission would drip back a gear for no use causing the RPM's to run glorious and then settle backbone down when it decided to shift into the right gear again. Thankful for me that I bought my Envoy from a dealership that really does effort about the customer.

My Envoy is currently surrounded by the shop now (I'm driving a rental at their expense) getting the nouns overhauled. When they tore down my transmission they found that the spigot body needed to be replaced and then after further inspection found metal shavings within the fluid/filter. I was told today (12/4/07) that I would enjoy my Envoy back no subsequently than Thursday....needless to say-so I'm happy their taking attention to detail of it without giving me a frozen time.

I'm also happy that I purchased the 5/60,000 extended General Motor Protection Plan (GMPP) Major Guard Warranty. It will probably be the best money ever spent on an extended warranty.

I hope your dealership get your problem taken care of right away for you lacking too much of a hassle.

My Envoy has be in the service center since this bygone Thursday...I can't wait to get hold of it back...I truly miss it...especially since I'm driving around a Chevy Cobalt (rental).

From one Envoy owner to another.....biddable luck and best wishes for a speedy repair.

How not easy is it to replace...

well i don't focus you want to go into a agent and say the word lemon they might carry all defending. i would tell them the story and see if the service supervisor could drive the car around until he can confirm that in attendance is indeed a problem.

i don't know if I'm going to be any help but that's what i would do
