Answers:    If you hear it especially at low speeds beside the window instigate, it's probably a belt separation in one of your tires which creates a buldge contained by your tire. Move the front tires to the back and you'll become aware of a difference if so. Hunter GSP9700 tire balance machines at your local service centers below can in a flash detect a bad tire. Many shops simply try to rebalance your tires lacking finding an out of round tire like yours which can be in proportion perfectly but are still unpromising tires.
