You probably have a inconsistent abs sensor.
Answers: I've see this happen when the wire main to the wheel sensor was chafing and to some extent rubbed through.It may also be a bad sensor,material lodged around the sensor,or a poor electrical nouns If it's been apart before for work it might be a righteous idea to pull the front wheel and do a close visual check.
