White Lithium Grease on frozen vehicle door handle?

My car door handle tend to freeze up when it's super cold. Before I look into getting it replaced, I wanted to try lubricating it with something approaching WLG. Would this be a good choice, or will it freeze up too? Is there another lubricant that will work and won't freeze?

What specifically is involved/included within the 45,000...

Answers:    I can confirm WD-40 and silicone sprays do the trick, I would deliberate graphite would work, too. Perhaps, one of those remote start devices (leave the heater on) would warm the saloon and the door locks or a car cover? Hope this helps. Good luck and God bless.
