How strict are the emissions in Seattle WA? I'm moving from IN where on earth there aren't any and I haven't delt with them previously. I enjoy an 88 Mazda RX7 with a chevy 350 and T5 tranny. Makes about 400hp 700 cfm holley carb (not double pump). How rock-hard will it be to get it to pass? I enjoy a motorcycle and I know they arent subject to emissions should I just put on the market the rx7 and keep the bike?
