I have 03 BMW 3 series and recently I started notice that the car's steering shakes in low speed. When the speed gose faster it disappears. I have changed tires not so long time ago, so I am thinking conceivably it needs alignment or rotation? Would you please tell me?

Take it to a apposite alignment shop. Could be that the tires are out of balance or alignment. Make sure that the shop will be able to check everything. Maybe near is play in the steering rack or rods. Or maybe the wheel aren't securely attached. I did see a BMW bite the road when a wheel come off. He had be to the garage the day before and they forgot to bolt his tiller on.The tire shop should be able to tell you what the problem is.
