Most likely you have a 2 bolt block but that's not significant at all. You can Probably find a complete engine at a local junk courtyard for a couple hundred dollars. They are all the same from 1990 to 1995 so in attendance are a lot of them. The best thing would be to steal your engine to a machine shop and fix the one you have that method you get a guarantee.

A lot of the GM engines in trucks and vans are the same block. What may vary are the components that are bolted to the motor. It is best to purchase a rebuilt short block from an engine rebuilder. It should run you about $800.00 to $1200.00 depending on what you purchase. Then you will want to install it using the parts from you current blown engine..such as intake, starter, alternator and so on...with the purchase of the rebuilt you should bring a warranty.
