it will bolt to the motor just fine but you didn't say what type of sports car your putting it in so I can't answer if you have adequate room for the tranny or not.
Answers: No it should bolt right up to the motor. i don't have a clue to what you might have to do to the fire wall because i don't know what your putting it contained by.
