86 ford 150 alternator not charging HELP!!!!!!!!?

I have replaced alternator, voltage regulator, mobile, wiring from alternator to voltage regulator and checked adjectives grounds. When you start the engine it will run when you pull the hot cable rotten battery it dies. I not getting no fire from the lead going to the voltage regulator. Any help ? Thanks

Answers: Quit pulling the freestyle cable off until that time you blow something and get a $15 voltmeter to check the alternator.
There's a chain going to your alternator that should have 12 volts on it when you turn the ignition on. It comes from a resistor parallel to the idiot pallid if that's what you have. If that 12 volts isn't here, the alternator won't start up.

Removing engine, should I drain grease?

check the maxi fuses and go to mortgage and get the alternator checked u jus get someties they come bad similar to they put old or rebuild ones in boxes it newly happens sometimes or check the wires adjectives of them run from one to the other check for resisitance does it charge the battery have need of more info
