Hi guys,I have two keys for my taurus lorry.One fits the ignition the other one fits the rear hatch door,but neither opens the drivers door??Sound right?
If I am missing a switch for the doors can the dealer cut one from the VIN # even though the car is14 yrs matured?Or should the ignition key also unlock the doors? Thx and you guys here are great

The key that you enjoy for the ignition is supposed to work the door also. If it does not then more than likely the ignition have been changed out.
The trunk and glove box were matching key but they did not work the door and ignition.
A REAL Locksmith can make a knob for that very quickly. Find a local one and give the name for the best pricing in your area and bring them the sports car, we would charge approximately 15-20 to make a key if you bring the sports car.
you can take the title of the vehicle to the ford dealership and they would cut your key for just about $7.00 dollars and if it dont work on driver side someone might have to change lock cylinder within door ,
