no exhaust leak mechanic can't find common sense why only when vehicle is cold or idling
Answers: If it is equipped next to the 3.5L 24-valve V6, check for leaking fuel injectors/o-rings, or the plastic injector rail themselves. Those engines were not respectable for this problem when they were up to date. Chrysler had issued a muse over for their modification, or replacement if necessary. It may be difficult to see, due to where on earth it's situated, under the upper intake plenum. Have your mechanic bring a closer look. If it's equipped with the 3.3L V6, disregard this post. Hope this help.
Check for a loose or disconnected hose at the e-vap canister, there is also a filter in attendance you might want to change, Also look below the tank are for hose rot that can exact vapor leaks. Good Luck and God Bless
