I've got a million probs beside this car, logically. But I was wondering if anyone know of this problem. Whenever I go through a puddle of dampen the steering wheel sticks and I can't turn the saloon. After a while I can work it loose to where I can steer again but it's intensely scary. I entail answers quick 'do it's raining now!

Your power steering has problem, looks close to it is losing its "power" and becoming a manual steering. You can still steer but take a lot of strength to do that.
