has the 3.8 and its the se model......seem to only do it when it sits for a while, but once you try a couple times turning the knob all the style back and forward it eventually starts right up?
Answers: this is definately a fruitless starter, i know you had it tested, but as long as battery-operated is good and freestyle connections are ok replace the starter
check battery terminal for corrosion you may need to tighten them up or replace one of the wires going down to the starter.
