my grand am have had a leak water pump through out the summer, extraordinarily familiar next to the job and how much it costs-now it have been pooring out whenever I turn the saloon off, I return with no heat if its low on coolant(duh) and it have been overheating for a moment bit...Oil light come on (was a quart low) and the engine is very hot and steaming-no sign of coolant within the oil or no sign of chief gasket leak! I enjoy milked this as far as possible!? Cracked head? I do enjoy white smoke from exhaust and a smell of burnt coolant! Knowlegable of frequent cars but just want to product sure its worth fixing!
Answers: blown head gasket, and if you can do it yourself it is worth it but you should remove the head and have both of them checked to see if they are bitter or cracked if they are warped own them milled if they are cracked you need a clean head
