ok i was at the grocery store today and identify a black mark on my bumper and i try 2 objects 2 run it off but it wont come rotten is there anything i can do 2 that black discoloration off my saloon i will post a picture of it 2morrow

try some rubbing compound, you can seize some at auto zone or other auto parts stores, rub a little on the flaw and buff it outwith a soft cotton towel
