My 90 acura legend, blows the fuel pump fuse, everytime I turn the switch on! What object would it be doing this?
Answers: Assuming you're using the correctly rated fuse, the fuel pump is shorted or otherwise drawing too much current or the electric wiring to it has a short to ground.
Try disconnecting the line at the fuel pump end, if it still blows the fuse, the electrics has become shorted to ground somewhere. If it does not blow the fuse, next the pump is likely pulling too much current or shorted.
