All of a sudden, my 2001 altima alarm goes on and off; my locks - unlock and lock and nearby is a clicking sound around the controls on the dash. What's going on?
it may be as simple as something in the contacs of your key cuff transmitter. Open it up and clean the contacts and try it again. If that doesn't work then I don't know. Good luck!
Answers: You own a fault somewhere. Buy a scanner (Approximately 20-25 bucks) at a larger auto parts store and hook it up to your OBD port. Some auto parts stores will check it for you for free. It will tell you what the culpability codes are.
