I just accidentally put 1 pint of radiator anti-freeze in my windscreen washer reservoir (instead of washer fluid). Will this mete out any damage to my car / windscreen / paint if I use it? I'm in particular concerned as the car is a convertible - could it damage the hood?
Yes, it can break paint. Suck out what you can with a large bulb syringe after flush with lots of water. Get it out, it will damage the paint.
This is gonna take some work..but...remove the reservoir...flush it next to hot soapy water.flush again..flush again with clear hot hose...reinstall.fill with hot river.run washer cycle until reservoir is dry...do it again...be sure to rinse off car while doing this...flood with proper fluid.
DONT THINK SO BUT ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS SYPHON IT ALL OUT AND START AGAIN
Answers: Yes, drain it or pump it out. You can disconnect the hose that lead to the wiper nozzle and safely drain it into the ground. Better yet, if you can disconnect until that time the pump, let it drain by gravity, just contained by case the antifreeze could hurt the pump, although I don't think so.

Best to disconnect hoses influential to sprayer ends and run washer pump to expel all of the contaminated fluid into a bucket for proper disposal. Refill reservoir with soapy hose down and empty again with washer pump. Refill near proper washer fluid.

In the short term it will lay waste to the paint, over time it will destroy your wiper blades and window seal.
Suck it out with a syringe and flush with verbs fresh water.
