Answers:    remote starters cool your vehicle in the summer and thaw it up in the winter, providing the climate controls are appropriately used to.

You can turn your vehicle off 4 ways.

1 press your start button a second time - thus disabling the remote starter.

2 unlatch and unscrew hood - This will send a false ground to your remote start & the element will shut off.

3 press brake pedal - Most cars require the hand to press brake before shifting gears. once the brake is pressed it sends a false reading support to the remote starter shutting it off.

4 press gas pedal - this facet only works within tach mode, once rpms get twice that of the fallow speed, Your remote receives a false reading and is shut bad.

starting the car once within remote start mode is a simple as inserting key contained by ignition and turn the car to the run position. Then simply press the brake pedal to disengage remote start component.

If you hit the same button you start it near it will turn off. Also they are on a timer and will turn past its sell-by date automatically after a set time (anywhere from 10 to 45 minutes depending on what it was set at). You put the knob in and turn it after hit the brake pedal and you are good to walk.
