Battery Chargers: What is the difference between a gel pack battery charger and an acid battery-operated charger.
I'm asking because I have a mobility scooter When I charge the batteries beside with my charger supplied with the scooter The battery don't seem to last as long.
I bought two tart batteries but they seem to be struggling,
