Battery or alternator?

Tried going to work today and the car wouldnt start. Got a bound and the car started working and since i didnt walk out the headlights or anything on all darkness I thought that my battery be bad. Got another get leaving work, but this time it died partially way vertebrae home which now make me think its the alternator. Did the testing of unhooking the battery after the motor is started and it continued to run fine (read on other answers that this is bad for the coup¨¦ but i didnt know) so now im not so sure its the alternator anymore. Its a 2000 civic ex if that help. Any ideas? Thanks.

Idler pulley or Alternator?

Answers:    It's your mobile. To make sure newly take it to an auto parts store to hold it tested. The test solely takes resembling 10sec. I think it's your freestyle. To justify that ask yourself when be the last time the battery-operated was changed. The alternator is responsible for keeping the mobile recharged. What is there to charge when the freestyle is dead. The solely really way to find out is if you bring back both tested. Honda's almost never really experience bad alternators. I'm for sure it's the freestyle. My advice find a new mobile with the warranty replacement and if the untried battery dies on you later you'll know it's the alternator and not the battery. Besides as long as you enjoy the warranty you'll be able to return with a free replacement. Best of luck!
