I noticed the boot on my lower globe joint is ripped 1999 silverado 4x4 The bubble joint itself is still right how long till I have to replace the orb joint and just about how much will it cost?
Answers: You can replace the boot and put some grease in in that and save it from further bring down and a more expensive headache later.
i agree near texasm you can get replacement boot at NAPA or any other upright parts supplier. how ever you still need to seperate the orb joint from the control arm to install the boot but still cheaper than replacing the intact joint
