Brake Master Cylinder Humming?

I just changed the brake master cylinder for my 95 acura fairy story. i bled the brakes and now i gain a humming sound that i believe is coming from the brake master cylinder. when i push the brakes down even somewhat, the sound go away. when i start the car, the nouns comes up, even in park. when i drive, and i push satisfactory on the pedal, the sound will run away. Anyone have any notion to what the problem is?

Answers: To follow up the first answer, here's a description of the power brake booster and how to diagnose it. According to the diagnostic chart, if the noise go away when you press the brake pedal, it's probably a defective vacuum valve that plugs into the flying saucer shaped booster and hooks to a big vacuum hose that go to the engine vacuum source. The valves are cheap and unproblematic to replace.

Almost definitely, this will be coming from the brake servo. Have a close look at the state of the vacuum pipes and connections going into the servo body. Washing-up solution in marine applied to the area beside a paint brush will show you any leaks.
