Alright well you have some issues.LOL! First of adjectives your cylinder head Im guessing is on a duster (your name) which is cast iron and not aluminum so your better rotten. The EZ out bit you used is of hardened steel and about 90 rockwell in solidity and your bolt usually a number 8 is about 50. There are two things you can do. 1) take a small pin punch and try to break the ez out into pieces. (You probably used your small drill bit and to shallow into the other bolt hence this occurring.) Then buy a CARBIDE drill bit and drill into them both keeping it at a fairly slow RPM with a ton of adjectives oil, or you'll break it! ORRRRR 2) pull the manager and have someone TIG weld another bolt on the end of the bolt broken and backbone out the old bolt immediately after the weld because of the roast thats concentrated.
#2 is the easiest but availability of a TIG may be the issue.Either way good luck to ya!

If you dont know how to cook get out of the kitchen
you own a very major problem. sometimes near a very small punch, you can tap on the reversing bit a it might loosin up a bit to work it out. mostly my luck they break rotten even with the end of the bolt and in attendance not enough to even get a double act of needle nose within. you can try, with a titanium bit to drill forward right beside the reversing bit. sometimes this will eat the reversing bit out of the approach. you will probably have to bore it out and oversize it though. and the head will probably hold to come off. if you have a analogous head that is apposite, probably your quickest bet to throw it on, and have the other one worked on. if the bolt is broke off even beside the head, you can wire weld a slap on it. and try to loosen it up until you can remove it.

Answers:    drill out the bit/remover. use a bigger one and try heating up the leader a little bit to make it easier. also the bits are tough to drill out so buy a biddable drill bit

Car radio....how to..?

I have had this evolve.
The best way is to call within a welder.
They can weld a nut onto the broken bolt and turn it right out.
