California emission cause problems beside catalytic converter?

I live in Maryland and bought a used Corolla 4 years ago. I replaced the catalytic converter several months ago and the check engine light keep coming on. I replaced the new cat with a newer cat, the O2 sensor, the mass airflow sensor, and the restrained keeps coming on with cat codes.

The shop that replaced the cat twice is presently saying that the car have CA emissions and that may be why the cat is either going impossible or the check engine light is coming back on.

does this nouns right? the problem has been ongoing for months and between the shop and the purveyor, I am not sure what to believe.

I expect that the "shop" you enjoy been dealing with is not your local Toyota marketer shop. When it comes to problems like your experiencing, the only shop to move about to in my opinion is your local Toyota buyer. They have a reason to treat you right. They want you to buy your subsequent new car within.

Somethings wrong beside my BMW.?
