Can find radiator panama or petcock?!!?

Hello I have a 1996 mecuray sable that dose not have a Radiator panama or petcock in sight! I know where on earth to find these Items, I know the cap should be near the over flow reservoir and the petcock under the car. I can see them on my Boy friends motor but on my model they are hidden some where. Can some one next to this type of car pleses tell me where on earth it is locatoed? I need to do a flush ASAP. Yes it does have an overflow tank. on the fender. Your radiator is connected to it next to a sometimes clear plastic hose since there is no pressure or heat on it.
As I bring to mind the tank has a hose running across the top of the radiator and connects to a fitting below the cap. (Fitting is on radiator)
Now as to a petcock, that has be done away with and your now looking for a plug contained by the underside of the radiator. Careful as it may require a special tool to remove it.
And yes, there is a shield under the saloon that requires removal to access the radiator.

Rather than destroy the radiator, I used to remove the lower hose from it, messy but quick. Don't work on it hot.

The FRONTMOST BLACK filler cap is for oil, see the little grease can symbol in yellow?
Do you see the two WHITE filler cap? They are brake fluid and windshield fluid reservoirs.
Do you see the BLACK filler cap? That is the cooling fluid reservoir, you can add coolant in that.
