Answers: First, let me preface this next to the following statement; I think the guy who help you at Autozone is an idiot.
When you went to Autozone, I assume he plugged a scanner into the OBD-II port beneath your dash? That scanner would provide him a series of codes. Did he tell you what the codes be? If no, just nick it back and obtain it scanned again, but this time write down the codes. That will support us get you SPECIFIC minister to. Because without those codes we can't abet you. Don't ask him for his opinion, simply get the codes. He's a retard.
The catalytic converter is a device i.e. in the exhaust system. It's in the middle between the engine and the muffler, and what it does is cleans the exhaust of a lot of the materials that an engine belches into the atmosphere. Considering your car is simply 5 years old, I importantly doubt it would be a catalytic converter. Since there are no sensors on a Sentra AFTER the exhaust headers, the ECU (the car's computer) would not read a problem next to the catalytic converter, unless it was severely clogged. It might throw a CEL afterwards (check engine light), but you'd notice it LONG up to that time then because when the catalytic converter go bad your exhaust STINKS BAD!
The horn issue seem unrelated. It's possible that it's simply a blown fuse.
Take it to a repair shop. They can fix the light and they know where on earth to put the relay.
