You want to depend on YOUR insurance company (not the other insurance company) to help you in this business. That's what you deserve from being a customer of theirs. Only talk directly to your insurance agent, and later your company will negotiate with the woman's insurance company. That's the best deal you'll bring.

You may want to talk to a advocate about going against this woman's insurance company for damages, including the cost of repairs or current replacement value of your saloon, the cost of a rental car while you're waiting for them to figure out what they're going to do in the order of your car, and for a nominal amount of damages if they total your car out for loss of use and loss of a personal asset (don't win greedy -- a few thousand in addition to the Blue Book importance of the car should be enough for a down-payment on a foreign car). Best bet is to check your local Yellow Pages for lawyers that advertise free initial consultations. They'll be capable of tell you whether you have a solid casing and whether it would be better to take them to small claims court instead of filing suit.
