Car alarm won't quit going past its sell-by date, Help!?

Hi. I have this problem, I get into my car turned on the dome street light, the light looked as if it lost alot of liquid, like the battery-operated was dying/dead and next tried to start my car, the alarm go off. It will stop if I disappear the key contained by the ignition but when I take it out it will keep hold of going then stop for awhile next go stale again. The car doesn't even start at adjectives so I think it's departed, I don't know much about cars. It's a Mitsubishi Galant '96 so it's not resembling it's in great condition. Plus, the previous owner said within the past, the one and only time the alarm ever went bad was when it be in an chance. Please help! Thanks so much!

Do you infer it would look dumb...

Answers:    it would relief if you had the instructions for the alarm system.
i have a clifford alarm for my previous car and other went past its sell-by date when i tried starting the car while the freestyle was puny. the car wouldnt start even after giving it a step because of the alarm system. what i did to disable the alarm was via a rocker switch, which be near the clutch pedal of my motor.

i would have the saloon taken to a car alarm specialist and own it disabled

About how long does it embezzle to...

if it doesn't work right, disconnect the damn thing, it make too much noise.......
