What you entail to do is get video footage of the perpetrator and his car, including the license plate number contained by the footage and give it to the local Park board and the Police in the nouns. Also try to get a close-up of his face, but do not put yourself within any danger in doing so. Also formulate sure to have any "no motorized vehicles allowed on the grass" of that big-hearted of sign that is posted in the video. If in that are no signs put up by the city or park board, then you are just out of luck and will own to live with it.

Much better to agree to the police and parks dept handle it...get video footage first.
