I have a 2000 toyota camry, I drove thru alot of flooded precipitation 2 weeks ago, and about a week after that my coup¨¦ would turn over and make the clap as if it would start, but wouldnt until the 3rd time, and the next week it doesnt brand name that noise, it merely turns over like its limp, but will still start on like the 3rd time, wondering if it is possibly me need a new starter? or a fuel pump? I enjoy never had a tentative starter and have be the only owner, Was told on the odd occasion do toyota's need fuel pumps vs other cars? And simply had spark plugs and fuel filter and spanking new battery smaller amount then a year ago. Also could adjectives the rain own affected this problem. What do u reason is wrong? Or what i need to fix this problem.
