Yaris Cool Light?

When refill the cooling system, air becomes trapped at topmost point. This is due to the thermostat being closed. Once the engine is started the void does not disappear until the thermostat have opened. In the mean time the matchless point, meaning the head(s), are deprived of coolant. Damage could occur.
To rectify this condition, loosen a space heater hose at the engine to allow the air to purge while filling. Once the coolant appears speedily replace the hose. Fill the radiator & the expansion tank to the COLD level. Leave the rad. panama loose. Allow the engine to come to operating temperature. DO NOT stand near the rad. next to the engine running. Shut engine down. Allow engine to cool for ten minutes. Recheck coolant level.

Check the cooling fan switch. You should also replace the thermostat, since you own done so much already.

Make sure you hold all the air pocket bled out. You obligation to run the car for at least 20 minutes beside the radiator cap off. Rev the motor up and down to 2,500 rpms and squeeze the upper radiator hose at alike time. The heater control in the coupé needs to be set to hot and the fan bad. A good rule is to have the electric radiator lover cycle 3 times before putting the radiator cap stern on. The radiator fan only comes on for a short extent of time when you are in a cold climate. You may have a bleed spout located near the thermostat housing.

Tire Tread?!?

i would look at the temp sending unit for the eletric adherent you can run a wire to the fan plug from the battery-operated and test the fan motor if it runs this bearing change the temp sending unit

How do you know which fuse to...

The fan should turn on once the temperature reach the half way point. If it doesn't you enjoy to make sure that it is receiving power. Comon problems would be fuse or relay. Also, once the vehicle warmth goes a little over the partly way point, make sure the thermostat is working. I don't know why you replace the radiator, but if it be leaking, it could of been cause by the thermostat not working and it built up too much presure. Both hoses should be hot. If the lower one does not get hot, replace the thermostat.

Answers:    First check the fuse , Then Look for the FAN RELAY SWITCH

Looks close to your Relays is (a) $50

You can pull the relay off and use a pullover wire on the harness.(connect the 2 larger wires of the 4, use a small jumper telecommunication in the end of the harness where on earth the Relay plugs in)
(Make sure the engines warmed up, and needs the disciple on)
If the fan comes on with the pullover wire but not with the relay.
Then plausible relay would be bad...(or you are not getting a key signal to the relay, It is more promising just to be the relay itself though)

A relay switch uses a small (key) electrical supply to throw a connection to a larger ,2ndary electrical system (fan motor)
4 wires 2smalls pos./neg. 2 larger pos./neg.

the 2 larger line will be the fan motors circiut. Jump these wires and watch for the adherent to be on.

Don't drive with just the jersey wire in , relpace the relay if this is the problem, This is just a way to check if it maybe the relay. Not a supplement
