Car shakes at 35 mph. Could it be the rotors?

I have a 2006 Accord near 46,000 miles. When I accelerate to around 35mph, the coup¨¦ shakes and then stops once I move about above 40mph. It does not do this all the time. I thought it be the tires so I bought new tires. I have my wheels aligned and hanging and it still does it. I am not good next to cars at all. I just now lost my job so I don't hold tons of cash to investigate this but I don't want to rebuke it. Thank God the car is remunerated for. :) Someone said it may be my rotors. But it is not when I apply the brake. Wouldn't Tire Kingdom have notice the rotors were bleak?
