i had 10 days to enjoy the faults done, i took it to another garage to hold the work done, he started working on my car later decided to give somebody a lift a week off, i will obtain the car wager on on the 11th day after the mot be done, can i claim the full mot fee from the 2nd garage as i will enjoy to pay full duty again?

I'm afraid it is of no consequence to the test station what happen to the vehicle or how long the repairs take once it is removed from their premises. They give you a deadline, not a guideline and it is your responsibility to meet it.
You will awfully highly probable have to retribution the retest fee.
