Car totalled after it be repaired?

Has anyone had their saloon totaled a year and a half after it be repaired (after a wreck)? My 2002 Jetta was hit by someone who missed a redlight surrounded by Jan 06. (passenger front end, and door) The insurance company said that the good point of the car be over $13K so the threshold was for a moment more than $11K. The original repairs cost roughly $9.5K and then 8 months then some more that brought it to over $10K. Now the fender, and hood are misaligned again (2nd time since repaired) and the bumper is coming off again (2nd time). I suspect frame disrupt. I want the insurance company to either total the sports car or give me several thousand for diminished plus. Is this reasonable? Has anyone any experience within this? (I want to trade or sell the saloon. I have taken it to 2 dealerships that own pulled the Carfax and say that my coup¨¦ is worth less because of the accident)

Would the skipper gasket going unpromising on...

Answers:    Does a Jetta enjoy a frame? You should not have fixed the sports car. Once a unibody car get hit, the wheels never adjectives point in impossible to tell apart direction again.

The fact that 2 dealerships said your sports car is worthless shows that not all coup¨¦ dealerships are crooks! Junk it, or leave it surrounded by a bad neighborhood next to the keys within it.

How much will a paint mission cost...

Oh man....... I really feel for you. Especially b/c it wasn't your blemish. I was only just in an quirk back contained by July where a man established to make a moved out hand turn and didn't see me coming at 55mph....... contained by my three month old Mustang, so surrounded by a matter of second my pride enjoy be destroyed (but not totalled- and it wasn't my fault either) As of today, my coup¨¦ has be in the shop for two months...... as far as totalling it? I've beg the insurance company to total it b/c the damage exceeds 70% BUT...... apparently its the imperative that you can't total the car until it reach 80% (which I find to be quite retarded!) If you don't owe on the saloon or you bought GAP insurance when you purchased the car- let them total it!! If it exceeds 80% of the advantage, MAKE them total it! If you can get your point across stridently, the do it LEGALLY! B/c it's the LAW that if the damages on your car result from an happenstance and exceed 80%- they HAVE to total it! Good luck!! and my sympathies DEFINATELY go out to you! It's doomed to failure enough you hold to deal near the wreck itself, but...... the insurance companies? the rental car places? the medical bills?? It never really ends!
